Med Surg RN Job in Springfield, TN

You will work as a registered nurse in the medical-surgical unit at NorthCrest Medical Center in Springfield, Tennessee. This is a 91-day travel assignment with a start date of November 16, 2026.

Position Details

• Specialty: Medical-Surgical Nursing
• Schedule: 3x12 nights (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
• Weekly pay: $1,881

Your Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive patient care to individuals with a range of medical and surgical conditions
• Monitor and assess patient status, including vital signs and clinical changes
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care and achieve optimal patient outcomes
• Document all patient care activities and maintain accurate, timely medical records
• Educate patients and their families about treatment plans, medications, and discharge instructions
• Support patients throughout their hospital stay with compassionate, evidence-based nursing care
