ICU RN Job in Palm Springs, CA

You will work as an RN in the Intensive Care Unit at Desert Regional Medical Center in Palm Springs, California. This is a 13-week contract assignment on a 3x12 day shift schedule, working 0700–1930.

Your Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, and implement direct clinical care for assigned patients each shift
• Manage a patient ratio of 1:4 in a 29-bed ED with 27 monitors
• Supervise delegated clinical staff and ensure appropriate care delivery
• Maintain high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing standards
• Ensure clinical staff competency and efficient resource management related to patient care
• Clock in and out for accurate time-keeping records

What to Expect:

You may be required to float to meet hospital needs, which can include ICU, PCU, telemetry, or med-surg level care. Solid color scrubs are required. On-site employee parking is available.

Compensation and Duration:

You will earn $1,834 per week. The assignment runs for 91 days, with a start date of September 2, 2026.
