Opportunity:

Registered Nurse - CVOR

Job Details:

• Work 3x12-hour day shifts from 6:00 AM to 6:30 PM
• On-call required with 5-8 calls per month, including weekend call
• Holiday call may be required
• Minimum 2 years of experience required
• Must be able to circulate complex cardiac cases, general OR cases, and vascular cases
• Case types include CABG, TAVR, LVAD, Impella, Valve, Ascending, Descending, Heart & Lung Transplants, and more
• First-time travelers accepted only with 5+ years of experience
• South Carolina or multi-state RN license must be in hand at start of contract
• Required certifications: BLS and ACLS (must be AHA)
• Radiation badge required and will be provided by agency
• Charting system: EPIC
• Patient ratio is 1:1
• Skills required include: Aortic Aneurysm Repair, Coronary Artery Bypass Graft (CABG), CVOR, Intra-Aortic Balloon Pump (IABP), MAZE Procedure, Mitral Valve Replacement, Scrub Cardiovascular Surgery, Transcatheter Aortic Valve Replacement (TAVR), Ventricular Assist Device (LVAD/RVAD), and Circulate
• Interdisciplinary support available including IV Teams, Respiratory Services, Interpretation Services, Radiology, Rapid Response Teams, Pharmacy, and Unit Secretary
• All requested time off must be provided at the time of submission
