ICU RN Job in Sun City West, AZ

You will work as a Registered Nurse in the Intensive Care Unit at Banner Del Webb Medical Center in Sun City West, Arizona. This is a travel position with a duration of 89 days, starting September 21, 2026.

Schedule and Pay

• 3x12 nights per week
• $2,446.20 weekly

Your Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for ICU patients
• Complete comprehensive patient assessments addressing physical, psychological, social, spiritual, educational, developmental, cultural, and discharge planning needs
• Formulate care plans using assessment data and patient/family input
• Implement care through direct patient care, coordination, delegation, and supervision
• Document all patient care activities in accordance with policy requirements
• Provide care based on physician orders and nursing plans in compliance with established standards
• Delegate and supervise licensed nurses and other personnel appropriately
• Participate in education, orientation, and mentoring of facility personnel and students
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams, physicians, patients, and families
• Float between Banner Del Webb Medical Center and Banner Boswell Medical Center campuses

Requirements

• Current valid RN license in Arizona or compact licensure
• BLS certification
• Minimum one year of acute care hospital experience
• RN experience in acute care setting within the past 12 months
• Ability to maintain clinical performance competencies for your work area
• Bachelor's degree and professional certification preferred
