Telemetry RN Job in Atlanta, GA

You will work as a Registered Nurse in the Telemetry unit at Grady Memorial Hospital in Atlanta, Georgia. This is a 89-day travel assignment beginning July 20, 2026, with a schedule of three 12-hour night shifts per week. You will earn $1,764.44 weekly.

Your Role

You will care for adult and older adult patients in a 32-bed unit, maintaining a 1:5 nurse-to-patient ratio. Your responsibilities include administering acute medications as ordered, managing Heparin drips, and providing skilled nursing care to trauma patients. You will work with specialty equipment including gait belts, geriatric chairs, and physical therapy equipment. The unit uses the EPIC electronic medical record system.

What You Bring

• Current RN license
• Documented medical and telemetry experience with required checklist
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• Skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or prior NICHE training is a plus

Important Details

No requested time off is permitted during this assignment. You must be prepared to work your scheduled shifts without exception. Your telemetry experience will be essential as you monitor patients and respond to acute care needs in this fast-paced environment.
