Opportunity:

RN - Telemetry

Job Details:

• Work in a 32-bed unit with an adult and older adult patient population
• Maintain a 1:5 nurse-to-patient ratio
• Care for trauma patients and administer Heparin drips and all acute medications as ordered
• Utilize specialty equipment including gait belts, geriatric chairs, and PT equipment
• Work with EPIC EMR system
• No requested time off (RTO) permitted
• Documented medical/telemetry experience and checklist required
• Skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or prior NICHE training is a plus
• Required certifications: BLS and ACLS
