Physical Therapist Outpatient Job in Palm Springs, CA

As a Physical Therapist in our outpatient department, you will provide direct therapy services to patients in a structured clinical environment. You will maintain a patient ratio of 1:4, allowing you to deliver focused, individualized care while managing your caseload efficiently.

Your Responsibilities:

• Administer physical therapy tests and treatments based on patient needs and clinical assessment
• Develop realistic functional goals in collaboration with patients and families
• Select and apply appropriate therapeutic modalities and procedures with proper technique
• Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of treatment indications and contraindications
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate timekeeping records

Facility Details:

You will work at Desert Regional Medical Center, which includes a 29-bed emergency department equipped with 27 monitors. The facility provides a fast-paced setting with access to essential clinical resources and support staff.

Scheduling and Logistics:

This position offers a 5x8 day shift schedule (40 hours per week) with a 91-day contract beginning May 4, 2026. You will earn $2,114.78 weekly. Employee parking is provided in a designated lot, and you will check in at the front lobby with Human Resources upon arrival. Wear any solid-color scrub uniform to your shifts.
