Physical Therapist Job in Marysville, CA

You will work as a Physical Therapist at Marysville Post Acute, a post-acute care facility. This is a 91-day travel assignment beginning April 20, 2026, with weekly pay of $3,066.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Perform thorough assessments of patients' physical abilities, movement limitations, and pain levels
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evaluation findings, medical history, and patient goals
• Deliver evidence-based physical therapy interventions to improve strength, coordination, balance, and mobility
• Monitor patient progress, adjust therapy plans as needed, and document all care provided in accordance with state and federal guidelines
• Educate patients and caregivers on safe mobility techniques, home exercises, and equipment use
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements including Medicare/Medicaid documentation
• Participate in care planning meetings and interdisciplinary team conferences
• Supervise physical therapist assistants (PTAs) and aides as needed

Required qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Current state license to practice as a Physical Therapist (PT)

Preferred qualifications:

• CPR certification
• Experience in SNF or geriatric rehab setting

This role may involve lifting, standing, walking, and assisting patients with transfers and mobility. You will be part of an interdisciplinary team focused on patient-centered rehabilitation in a post-acute care environment.
