Your Role

You will provide evaluation and treatment services to patients with musculoskeletal conditions and injuries in a collaborative team environment. Your responsibilities include:

• Conducting patient evaluations and developing individualized treatment plans
• Delivering direct treatment and therapy services tailored to patient needs
• Documenting patient progress and maintaining accurate medical records
• Working as part of an interdisciplinary team to support high-quality patient care

Requirements

• Current Physical Therapist licensure in the state of Colorado
