Role Overview

You will provide physical therapy services across three distinct settings with this estimated breakdown: approximately 80% outpatient, 15% acute care, and 5% home health. There is a high possibility of working primarily in the outpatient setting. You will work at area facilities within a 60-mile radius, including home health visits throughout the region.

Schedule and Compensation

This position offers a 5x8 day shift schedule, Monday through Friday. You will earn $2,571 weekly. The assignment begins September 22, 2026, and runs for 105 weeks.

Required Qualifications

• Current Physical Therapist degree (Therapy)
• Strong general physical therapy experience
• Outpatient experience required
• Valid license to practice in Colorado

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in post-operative care
• Sports injury background
• Geriatrics experience
• Both outpatient and inpatient clinical experience
