Opportunity:

RN - Cardiac Tele

Job Details:

• Work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• Weekly guaranteed hours of 36 or 48 hours must be indicated on submission form
• 13-week assignment length
• Weekend hours as required by facility
• No on-call requirements
• Float on a rotational basis within the unit
• Night shift orients on day shift and must be available the entire orientation week
• 31-bed cardiac unit with patient ratios of 1:5-1:6 on days and 1:6-1:8 on nights
• Work with Alaris pumps, telemetry, and lift equipment
• EMR system: EPIC
• Care for cardiac and med-surg patient populations
• Minimum 1 year of inpatient Cardiac Tele experience required
• Experience and competence in drug titration required
• Cardiac experience preferred
• Current RN license required, eligible for or currently licensed in Missouri
• Required certifications: BLS (AHA only), NIHSS (must obtain prior to start)
• Preferred certifications: ACLS (AHA only)
• Scrub color: Black
• Unacceptable attire includes torn clothes, open-toed shoes, and non-scrub clothing
