CT Technologist Job in Hanover, PA

ADEX Healthcare Staffing is recruiting a CT Technologist for a 90-day travel assignment at Central - UPMC Hanover in Hanover, Pennsylvania. This is a full-time role working three 12-hour day shifts per week on Saturday, Sunday, and Monday from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM. You will earn $3,088 weekly with no on-call requirements.

Your Responsibilities:

• Independently perform computed tomography procedures following established scan protocols, including contrast administration
• Operate Canon CT scanners for image acquisition, analysis, reconstruction, and documentation
• Administer PO, rectal, and IV contrast per physician orders and assess patients for risk factors prior to contrast media administration
• Demonstrate proper venipuncture technique and proper use of power injectors according to departmental protocols
• Identify all patients using two patient identifiers and review patient history to apply specific departmental protocols
• Document patient history in electronic records and ensure all exams are properly coded, tracked, and networked
• Collaborate effectively with another technologist and tech assistant

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a CT Technologist
• Graduate of an ARRT-approved school of Radiologic Technology or completion of accredited CNMT program
• Current ARRT Certificate
• Nuclear Medicine Technologist Certification (NMTC)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• PA Act 31, PA Act 33, PA Act 34, and PA Act 73 certifications
