Med Surg RN Job in Fort Atkinson, WI

Fort Healthcare in Fort Atkinson, WI is seeking an RN for a Medical-Surgical unit position. You will work three 12-hour night shifts per week from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM on an every-other-weekend rotation.

Schedule & Expectations

• Three 12-hour night shifts weekly (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
• Every other weekend rotation required
• Six on-call shifts of 4 hours each per 6-week period
• Holiday shifts required, including Thanksgiving, Black Friday, and New Year's Eve (all 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)

Clinical Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on the Med/Surg unit
• Float to the ICU as needed to support patient care demands
• Manage vasopressor drips and ventilators
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care

Requirements

• Current RN license
• Experience with vasopressor drips and ventilators required
• Ability to work night shifts and rotating weekends
• Flexibility to float to ICU and accept on-call responsibilities
