Opportunity:

RN - Med Surg Tele

Job Details:

• Work 3x12 day shifts with 36 guaranteed hours per week
• Schedule varies based on department needs and may include weekends, holidays, and some call shifts
• No call requirements
• Must have 2+ years of Med Surg/Tele experience
• Prior travel experience of one 13-week assignment required
• Nevada RN license required prior to start
• Required certifications: BLS and ACLS
• Must pass a telemetry competency exam including identifying and measuring telemetry rhythm strips
• May be required to float to other areas of the organization up to competency level
• Will be required to pick up one additional shift during each schedule period
• Provide comprehensive nursing services to adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients including their families and caregivers
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care utilizing the nursing process
• Coordinate care between other healthcare professionals as needed
• Facility reserves the right to call off, without penalty, up to 48 hours for low census per 13-week contract, which may include full or partial shifts
