Med Surg RN Job in Utica, NY

You will work as a Registered Nurse in our Medical/Surgical unit at MVHS Inc. in Utica, NY. This is an 89-day travel assignment beginning August 24, 2026.

Shift and Schedule

• 3x12 night shifts per week, 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM
• Block scheduling is never promised or guaranteed
• Floating to other units is required
• Scrub color: Navy Blue

Your Role

You will provide direct patient care to adults with diagnoses including post-surgical recovery, abdominal pain, cholelithiasis, osteoarthritis, fractures, back pain, and morbid obesity/bariatric surgery. You will operate specialty equipment including IV pumps, nasogastric tubes, and feeding tubes.

Requirements

• Current active RN license in New York
• Minimum 2 years of Med Surg nursing experience
• Travel nursing experience required
• Epic EMR experience required
• Current AHA BLS certification required
• Skills checklist matching Med Surg specialty required

Compensation

You will earn $2,348 per week.
