Opportunity:

RN - Med Surg

Job Details:

• Minimum 2 years of recent Med Surg/Tele experience required
• Previous travel experience highly preferred
• Previous experience working in a Critical Access Hospital highly preferred
• Must be willing and able to float
• Every other weekend schedule required
• No on-call responsibilities
• Permanent address must be 50+ miles from facility (no local travelers)
• Please limit requested time off to 3-5 days
• Required certifications: BLS (AHA), ACLS (AHA) - must be current at time of submission
• New Hampshire state license required with verification documentation
• Med Surg or Med Surg/Tele skills checklist required
• 1 supervisory signed reference from the past year of employment required
• Work history documentation required
