Med-Surg RN Job in Keene, NH

You will work as an RN on a 39-bed medical-surgical unit at Cheshire Medical Center in Keene, NH. This is a mixed-acuity facility that provides medical, surgical, and step-down level care to patients primarily aged 65 and older, though your patient population may range from 18 years old and up.

Shift and Schedule

• 12-hour night shifts, 4 days per week (48 hours per week)
• Every other weekend required
• Rotating holiday assignments

Clinical Responsibilities

• Patient ratios of 4:1 or 5:1 depending on acuity
• Manage patients on Cardizem and Amiodarone drips
• Telemetry monitoring and care
• Medical and surgical nursing in a step-down environment

Requirements

• Minimum 1.5 years of recent equivalent RN experience
• New Hampshire RN License or current Compact License (proof of state residency required for non-Compact licenses)
• BLS certification
• Experience with cardiac drips and telemetry monitoring

Assignment Details

• 89-day travel assignment
• Start date: September 14, 2026
• Weekly pay: $2,681
