Med Surg RN Job in Keene, NH

ADEX Healthcare Staffing is seeking an RN for a Med Surg position at Cheshire Medical Center in Keene, NH. This is a 91-day travel assignment beginning September 28, 2026.

Assignment Details

• Specialty: Med Surg
• Shift: 4x12 Nights (every other weekend schedule with holiday rotation required)
• Weekly Pay: $2,771
• Duration: 91 days
• Start Date: September 28, 2026

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on the Med Surg unit
• May assume charge nurse role as needed
• Transition to a float position mid-February
• No on-call responsibilities

Required Qualifications

• Current RN license (New Hampshire or Compact license)
• 2+ years of current Med Surg experience
• Charge nurse experience required
• Experience in stroke, brain injury, spinal cord injury, cardiac rehab, trauma, and other serious injuries
• EPIC experience required
• BLS (AHA) and ACLS (AHA) certifications

Important Conditions

• Block scheduling will not be accommodated
• Must have personal vehicle (public transportation and rideshare services are not available in the area)
• All requested time off must be noted and verified at submission; no more than 5 days of RTO will be accepted
• RTO requests after upload will not be approved
• Must be available to work two of the following holiday blocks if scheduled: Thanksgiving Day/Friday after and weekend after; Christmas Eve through Christmas Day and weekend after; New Year's Eve through New Year's Day and weekend after
