Med Surg RN Job in Lebanon, NH

You'll work as an RN in Medical-Surgical nursing at D-H Medical Center in Lebanon, NH. This is a 4x12 rotating shift role with on-call responsibilities. The assignment runs for 89 days, starting September 14, 2026. You'll earn $2,860 per week.

Your patient population includes individuals with acute and chronic illnesses requiring close monitoring and skilled intervention. You'll care for patients with sepsis, infectious processes, acute kidney injury, chronic kidney disease, diabetes, GI disorders, fluid and electrolyte imbalances, alcohol withdrawal, liver disease, substance misuse, endocarditis, heart disease, and skin and wound conditions. Respiratory patients on your unit may include those with COPD, flu, pneumonia, and Cystic Fibrosis.

You'll manage hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis patients and maintain competency with the following:

• Chest tube management and troubleshooting
• Medication drips including Diltiazem, heparin, Lasix, insulin, and amiodarone
• Insertion site care, maintenance, and blood draws from central lines
• Management of lines, tubes, and drains for post-surgical patients
• Tracheostomy and laryngectomy care
• Telemetry monitoring and interpretation
• Complex wound care including assessment, dressing changes, and documentation

Day and night rotation schedules are available. You may choose between 36 or 48 hours per week. Multiple positions are open for immediate start, so there's flexibility in your start timing within the assignment window.

This role is ideal if you bring solid medical-surgical nursing experience and are comfortable managing acutely ill patients with multiple drips, lines, and post-operative needs. Strong assessment skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams are essential.
