Med Surg RN Job in Keene, NH

Cheshire Medical Center is seeking an RN for its Med Surg unit in Keene, NH. You will work three 12-hour night shifts per week (36 hours guaranteed) on a 39-bed mixed-acuity facility serving medical, surgical, and step-down patients.

Role Details:

• Night shift hours with every other weekend required
• Rotating holiday coverage required
• Patient ratios of 4:1 or 5:1 depending on acuity
• Patient population primarily elderly, ages 18 and up

Requirements:

• Minimum 1.5 years recent Med Surg or equivalent experience
• Telemetry experience required
• Active NH RN License or Compact License (proof of state residency required)
• Current BLS certification

This assignment runs 89 days, starting September 14, 2026. You will earn $2,322 per week. If you have solid Med Surg experience and are comfortable with night-shift telemetry work in a mixed-acuity setting, we want to hear from you.
