ED RN Job in Alexandria, LA

Rapides Regional Medical Center in Alexandria, Louisiana is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Emergency Department. This is a travel nursing position offering you the opportunity to deliver emergency care in a dynamic, fast-paced clinical environment.

Position Details:

• Schedule: 3 days per week, 12-hour day shifts (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM)
• Duration: 91 days
• Start Date: October 12, 2026
• Weekly Pay: $2,058
• Facility: Rapides Regional Medical Center LA

Your Role:

You will work directly with patients presenting acute and emergent conditions, triaging cases, administering medications, performing procedures, and collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary teams. Your responsibilities include providing high-quality, efficient, and compassionate care while maintaining patient safety and comfort in a high-volume emergency setting.

Requirements:

• Current RN license (valid in Louisiana)
• TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course) certification required prior to submission
• Must reside 50 or more miles from the facility
