Operating Room RN Job in Lee's Summit, Missouri

ADEX Healthcare Staffing is seeking an experienced Operating Room (OR) RN for a 91-day travel assignment at Lee's Summit Medical Center in Lee's Summit, Missouri. This is a full-time position working 4 days per week, 10 hours per day (7:00 AM–5:00 PM), beginning September 28, 2026.

Role Overview

You will work in a main operating room setting with 5 operating rooms, maintaining a 1:1 RN-to-patient ratio. Your responsibilities include assisting with a wide variety of surgical procedures and collaborating closely with an experienced surgical team.

Key Responsibilities

• Support surgical procedures including orthopedic, spine, vascular, general surgery, colorectal, robotic, gynecological, and ENT cases
• Utilize standard OR equipment and Meditech charting system
• Work alongside 5–6 RNs, 6 Techs, 1 Anesthesia Tech, and 1 OR Analyst on any given day
• Respond to 2–6 days of call per month as required

• Current RN license (appropriate to Missouri practice)
• Proficiency with Meditech charting system
• Strong vascular surgical skills preferred
• Flexibility and ability to work in a fast-paced surgical environment

Compensation & Duration
