Cath Lab Technologist Job in Los Angeles, CA

You'll work as a Cath Lab Technologist at California Hospital Medical Center in Los Angeles, serving on a dedicated cardiac catheterization team. This is a 91-day travel assignment starting October 19, 2026.

Schedule & Compensation

• 8-hour day shifts, 5 days per week (7:00 AM to 3:30 PM)
• On-call coverage required: 1–2 weekends per month with a 30-minute response time
• 1 holiday shift required during your assignment
• Facility may cancel up to 4 shifts per 13-week term (or 3 shifts for shorter assignments)
• Weekly pay: $3,884

Role & Responsibilities

• Support a 2-suite Cath Lab with an average of 5 cases per day
• Assist with common procedures: right heart catheterization (RHC), left heart catheterization (LHC), percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI), electrophysiology (EP), Rotablator, and peripheral interventions
• Collaborate with a team of 3 Cath Lab/IR Technologists
• Document patient information and procedure details in the Cerner EMR system

Requirements

• Degree: Allied Health Professional
• Current ARRT certification
• BLS (AHA) certification
• Fluoroscopy certification
• California Radiology and Fluoroscopy licenses
• LA City Fire & Safety Card

You'll be part of a structured clinical environment with established protocols and a collaborative team. Your expertise in catheterization procedures and fluoroscopy will directly support patient care in a busy cardiac intervention program.
