Cath Lab Technologist Job in Carmichael, CA

You'll work as a Cath Lab Technologist at Mercy San Juan Medical Center in Carmichael, California, providing direct support for cardiac invasive procedures and peripheral interventions. This is a 91-day travel assignment beginning November 10, 2026.

Schedule and Compensation

• 4x10 shifts: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• On-call coverage required, averaging 12 days per month with 30-minute response time
• At least one weekend per month included in call rotation
• Holiday call on rotating and assigned basis
• Weekly pay: $3,974.40

Role Responsibilities

• Scrub all cardiac invasive procedures excluding structural heart cases
• Perform peripheral procedures including carotid interventions, A/V grafts, EVAR, and peripheral diagnosis and intervention
• Support PCI/STEMI cases with RCIS/CVT scrub experience
• Work in a 2-suite cath lab averaging 8 cases daily
• No floating required

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years cath lab experience
• Current BLS certification
• Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) certification
• RCIS/CVT scrub experience for PCI/STEMI is required
• Radiology license not required
• Two supervisor references from your modality: one within 12 months and one within 3 years (charge technologists accepted)
