Telemetry RN Job in Greensboro, NC

Cone Health - The Moses H. Cone Memorial Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse for Telemetry to join our acute care rehab team in Greensboro, NC. This is a 91-day travel assignment beginning November 9, 2026.

Position Details

• Schedule: 3x12-hour night shifts, 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
• Every 3rd weekend required; holidays as needed
• Float required between all campuses as needed
• Weekly pay: $2,085

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience; no first-time travelers
• Travel experience required
• Acute Care Rehab experience preferred
• BLS certification required
• Must pass compliance EKG exam (2 attempts allowed)
• EPIC EMR experience required

Clinical Focus

You will provide specialized inpatient rehab care for qualified patients including post-stroke, aneurysm, post-op surgical, brain injury, and spinal cord injury cases. Patient population includes adults and geriatrics with diagnoses such as CVA, TBI, ABI, spinal cord injury, and neurological conditions. Patient ratios are 1:6, with one unit rotating 1:7 at equivalent acuity.

You will have access to interdisciplinary support including IV teams, respiratory services, phlebotomy, radiology, social services, rapid response teams, and pharmacy services to support comprehensive patient care.
