CVOR Technologist Job in Portland, ME

You will work as a Cardiac Operating Room (CVOR) Technologist at MMC-P - Bramhall Campus in Portland, Maine. This is a 91-day travel assignment offering a day shift position.

Position Details:

• Shift: 4x12 days, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Weekly pay: $2,890
• 36 hours guaranteed per week
• 1:4 weekend rotation with 12-hour shifts
• Start date: September 27, 2026

Responsibilities:

• Provide surgical support in the cardiac operating room environment
• Maintain 1:1 patient care ratios
• Respond to one overnight trauma call per week (11:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
• Respond to specialty team calls for Cardiac, Thoracic, Vascular, Neuro, and Ortho cases as scheduled
• Work with equipment including Storz, Stryker, Olympus, and Intuitive Robot systems
• Utilize the Epic EMR system

Requirements:

• Allied Health Professional degree or equivalent
• CST certification (Certified Surgical Technologist)
• Minimum 2 years surgical technologist experience
• Level 1 trauma experience required

Preferred Experience:

• General, GU/GYN, Ortho trauma, Ortho joints, Neurosurgery, ENT, Pediatrics, Plastics, Dental, and Endovascular surgery
