About this role

You'll work as a Surgical Technologist specializing in Cardiovascular and Thoracic Operating Room (CVOR) procedures at MMC-P – Bramhall Campus in Portland, Maine. This is a 91-day travel assignment starting September 27, 2026.

Shift and Schedule

  • 4x10 day shifts: 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM
  • 36 guaranteed hours per week
  • Weekend rotation: 1 in 4 weekends on 12-hour shifts
  • One overnight call shift per rotation (11:00 PM to 7:00 AM) for Trauma call; specialty team call scheduled per that team's rules

Compensation and Role Details

  • Weekly pay: $2,316
  • 1:1 patient ratio in a 26-bed Operating Room
  • EMR: Epic
  • Hospital provides teal scrubs

Required Experience and Credentials

  • Minimum 2 years of Level 1 trauma experience
  • Prior travel healthcare experience required
  • CST certification required
  • Demonstrated competency in Robotics (Da Vinci Xi and SP), Pediatrics, Burns, Trauma, Whipples, and HIPEC

Preferred Experience

  • General, GU/GYN, Ortho trauma, Ortho joints, Neurosurgery, ENT, Plastics, Dental, and Endovascular procedures

Equipment and Technology

  • Storz, Stryker, Olympus, and Intuitive Robot systems
