ICU RN Job in Phoenix, AZ

Abrazo Scottsdale Campus is seeking a registered nurse to provide direct clinical care in our ICU setting. You will work the night shift, 1900–0730, on a 3x12 schedule for a 91-day assignment beginning October 19, 2026.

Your Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, and implement clinical care for assigned patients each shift
• Provide direct nursing care to ICU patients on a per-shift basis
• Supervise staff to whom appropriate care is delegated
• Support high quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care delivery
• Ensure competency of clinical staff and appropriate resource management related to patient care

Staffing Ratios:

• Night shift patient ratio: 5:1

Work Environment:

You will work in an intensive care setting at Abrazo Scottsdale Campus in Phoenix, Arizona. Required dress code is navy blue scrubs.

Compensation and Schedule:

• Weekly pay: $2,200
• Shift: Three 12-hour night shifts per week
• Assignment duration: 91 days
