ICU RN Job in Sun City West, AZ

You will work as an RN in the Intensive Care Unit at Banner Del Webb Medical Center, located at 14502 W Meeker Blvd in Sun City West, AZ. This is a 3x12 night shift position with a duration of 89 days, starting September 28, 2026. Weekly pay is $2,434.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assessing, planning, implementing, evaluating, and documenting comprehensive nursing care for ICU patients
• Completing detailed patient assessments covering physical, psychological, social, spiritual, educational, developmental, cultural, and discharge planning needs
• Formulating comprehensive plans of care based on assessment data and patient and family input
• Implementing care through direct patient care, coordination, delegation, and supervision of licensed nurses and other personnel
• Evaluating patient and family responses to care and teaching, revising plans as needed
• Documenting all aspects of patient care in accordance with facility policy requirements
• Providing care based on physician orders and nursing plans in compliance with established standards
• Participating in education, orientation, and mentoring of facility personnel and students
• Interacting with multidisciplinary healthcare teams, physicians, patients, and families

Requirements:

• Current valid RN license in Arizona or compact licensure
• BLS certification required
• Minimum one year of experience in an acute care hospital setting
• Recent acute care experience within the past 12 months as an RN in the specialty area
• Bachelor's degree and professional certification preferred
• Ability to maintain clinical performance competencies appropriate to the ICU work area

You will float between Banner Del Webb Medical Center and Banner Boswell Medical Center campuses as needed. This role offers you the opportunity to deliver direct patient care in a critical care environment while collaborating with experienced healthcare professionals.
