ICU RN Job in Tuba City, AZ

Tuba City Regional is hiring a registered nurse for the Intensive Care Unit. You will provide direct nursing care to critically ill patients in a 5-bed ICU serving individuals of all ages and their families.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Deliver inpatient nursing care and family support within the ICU
• Work independently following physician orders, standards of care, nursing policies, and hospital procedures
• Perform post-operative recovery care for general surgery, pediatric, and OB patients during after-hours shifts as needed
• Float periodically to the ED, Med/Surg, or Pediatrics during low census periods
• Execute a variety of nursing procedures tailored to individual patient conditions and treatments

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years prior ICU experience
• Associate Degree in Nursing
• Current valid unrestricted RN license in any U.S. state, Puerto Rico, or U.S. territory
• BLS (AHA) and ACLS (AHA) certifications required at hire
• PALS (AHA), Trauma Care After Resuscitation (TCAR), and NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certifications must be completed within 6 months of hire
