Operating Room RN Job in Indianapolis, IN

ADEX Healthcare Staffing seeks a Registered Nurse for a travel assignment in the Operating Room at IU Health University Hospital in Indianapolis, Indiana. This is a 91-day assignment beginning November 16, 2026.

Schedule & Compensation

• 3x12 hour shifts per week
• Weekend nights: Saturday, Sunday, plus one rotating weekday
• Shift hours: 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
• Weekly pay: $2,428
• Call and holiday coverage required
• On-call requirement: 40–60 hours per 6-week period

Role Details

You will float within multi-specialty operating rooms and all surgical types, working within the hospital or at nearby affiliate facilities as needed. The specialty focus is abdominal transplants, including kidney, pancreas, liver, and intestinal/multi-visceral procedures. You will work with adult and geriatric patients.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of transplant experience (required)
• Current BLS certification
• First-time travelers accepted if you have strong 2 years of transplant experience
• Candidates with strong general OR experience willing to train on transplants are welcome
