OR RN Job in Lafayette, IN

Franciscan Health Lafayette is seeking an experienced OR RN for a 91-day travel assignment. You will work 4x10 day shifts, 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday with a rotating day off each week, providing 36 guaranteed hours per week.

Role Overview

You will support a busy 10-room operating suite serving a diverse patient population. Your responsibilities include assisting with general, orthopedic, spine, neuro, GYN, ENT, robotics, urology, podiatry, vascular, and open heart cases. You will work alongside surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical technologists in a fast-paced environment where anticipating needs and attention to detail are essential.

Scheduling & On-Call

This role includes an on-call rotation for weekends, weekday nights, overnights, and holidays. You will not have float requirements and will remain assigned to the OR suite throughout your assignment.

Requirements

• Current RN license
• Minimum 3 years of operating room experience
• Current BLS certification
• CST (Certified Surgical Technologist) certification

Preferred Qualifications

• Robotics training
• Vascular and open heart surgery experience

Surgery scrubs are provided. The facility uses EPIC for electronic medical records. You will have access to a variety of surgical equipment and instruments in a modern operating environment.
