ED RN Job in San Antonio, TX

Baptist Medical Center in San Antonio, TX is seeking an experienced RN for the Emergency Department. This is a 91-day travel nursing assignment beginning September 14, 2026.

Shift Details

• 3 shifts per week, 12 hours each
• Night shift: 1900–0730
• Weekly pay: $2,072

Your Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, and implement direct clinical care for assigned patients each shift
• Supervise staff to whom appropriate care is delegated
• Ensure high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care aligned with facility standards
• Support clinical staff competency and appropriate resource management related to patient care
• Adhere to facility dress code (Galaxy Blue scrubs required)

Requirements Prior to Start

• Complete Point of Care training
• Complete Restraint competency testing
• Coordinate badge distribution through the HR office at Baptist Medical Center
