ED RN Job in Greeley, CO

Join Banner North Colorado Medical Center as an RN in the Emergency Department. You'll work 3x12 night shifts on a varied schedule that includes every other weekend and holiday rotation. This is an 88-week travel assignment starting September 21, 2026, with weekly pay of $2,422.

Your Role

You will assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and document nursing care of patients according to organizational policies and professional nursing standards. Your responsibilities include:

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments covering physical, psychological, social, spiritual, educational, developmental, cultural, and discharge planning needs
• Review patient history and diagnostics, reporting abnormal laboratory results to physicians and appropriate caregivers
• Formulate and implement individualized care plans based on patient-specific needs and medical requirements
• Delegate and supervise healthcare team activities while promoting continuity of care
• Evaluate patient and family response to care and teaching, revising the plan as needed
• Document assessments, planning, implementation, and evaluation accurately and timely in patient records
• Participate in shared leadership, education, role development, and orientation of facility personnel, patients, students, and families

Requirements

• Current, valid RN license in Colorado
• Minimum one year of acute care hospital experience required, with specialty area experience within the past 12 months
• Required certifications: CO CAPS, BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, and NIH Stroke Scale
• Telemetry verification required upon arrival
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
• Standard precautions due to potential exposure to blood and bodily fluids
• Bachelor's degree and professional certification preferred

You will be primarily based at Banner North Colorado Medical Center (1801 16th St) with potential to float to support other Banner facilities as needed.
