Med Surg RN Job in Oxford, NC

You'll work as a Registered Nurse on a Med Surg/Telemetry unit at Granville Medical Center in Oxford, NC. This is a 91-day travel assignment beginning September 8, 2026, with a schedule of three 12-hour night shifts per week at $1,792 weekly pay.

Role Overview

Your unit operates with dedicated Telemetry Technicians, allowing you to focus on patient care and nursing responsibilities. You'll provide direct care to medical-surgical patients, manage IV starts, monitor patient status, and collaborate with your clinical team. Some weekend and holiday work is required.

Requirements

• Current RN licensure in North Carolina
• Graduation from an accredited nursing school
• BLS certification (American Heart Association)
• ACLS certification (American Heart Association)
• IV start skills

Preferred Qualifications

• 2 years of nursing experience
• Prior travel nursing experience

Granville Medical Center uses the MEDITECH electronic medical record system. Prior MEDITECH experience is not required—orientation and support will be provided.
