Job Details:

• Work day shifts with flexible scheduling options including 8-hour shifts (6:00 AM-2:00 PM, 7:00 AM-3:00 PM, 8:00 AM-4:00 PM, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM) or 10-hour shifts
• Schedule consists of 3 12-hour shifts or 4 10-hour shifts per week
• Occasional midnight shifts may be required to support operational demands
• Rotating weekend requirement includes an 8-hour shift (7:00 AM-3:00 PM) on Saturday or Sunday
• 1-2 secondary on-call shifts per scheduling period, consisting of a 24-hour call from 7:00 AM to 7:00 AM on weekends
• On-call response time of 30 minutes required
• Floating to OR holding area may be required
• Work in a 15-suite operating room environment handling 55-70 cases per day
• Common cases include all procedures including same-day and overnight stays
• IV skills required
• Surgical care knowledge and robotics experience required
• Scrubbing required for pre-op care only
• Floating to OR holding area may be required
• Facility provides scrubs - no personal scrub color requirement
• Orientation specific to surgical center and pre-op area
• Current charting system is Allscripts with Sunrise EMR; EPIC go-live scheduled
• Required certification: BLS
• BSN not required
• Must provide a copy of an unexpired driver's license at time of submission
• Any licensing hits must be disclosed at time of submission
• Cancellation policy allows up to 2 shifts per 13-week contract
