Job Details:

• Work day shifts providing speech-language pathology services in a Pediatric setting
• No night shift or on-call requirements
• Patient ratio of 1 therapist to 10-12 patients
• Float to all areas of the Children's Hospital based on competency, including CICU, PICU, pediatric floors, and NICU
• Work within a team of 3-4 OTs/STs providing services alongside a department of 65+ PT/OT/ST staff members
• Utilize equipment including Dr. Brown bottles, positioning equipment, and specialty feeders
• Document using Meditech EMR system
• Perform infant feeding and swallowing assessments and interventions
• Perform speech-language assessments and interventions
• Must have experience with infant feeding and dysphagia from birth to school age
• Pediatric Modified Barium Swallow Study experience preferred
• Neonatal ICU experience preferred
• Must be positive, calm under pressure, and able to build relationships quickly
• Must be confident in skills and abilities
