CT Technologist Job in Woodstock, VA

Join Shenandoah Memorial Hospital as a CT Technologist on a 91-day travel assignment. You will work night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays—three 12-hour shifts per week with 36 guaranteed hours and no on-call requirements.

Your responsibilities include:

• Perform computed tomography (CT) and general radiography (x-rays), including portable procedures for patients across all age groups: neonates, children, adolescents, adults, and geriatric patients
• Position patients correctly, prepare equipment, and monitor patient condition before, during, and after scanning
• Administer contrast injections as ordered by physicians and make necessary modifications for positioning, slice thickness, and intravenous contrast administration
• Report critical findings to appropriate personnel and assist physicians with invasive procedures
• Enter data accurately into the HIS system and use RIS to capture patient visits and charge information
• Follow radiation safety measures and infection control policies in CT and x-ray exam rooms

What we need from you:

• Current BLS certification (AHA only), ARRT certification, and Virginia state radiologic technologist license
• Minimum 3 years of CT and radiology technologist experience
• Completion of an AMA-accredited Radiology Technology program
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as scheduled

The facility uses EPIC for electronic medical records and requires staff to wear Caribbean Blue scrubs. You will earn $2,701 per week.
