Occupational Therapist Job in Marshfield, MO

Tide Health Group in Marshfield, MO is seeking an Occupational Therapist for a 91-day travel assignment. You will work days on a 5x8 schedule with no weekend requirements. Weekly pay is $2,505.60.

Your Responsibilities

• Screen and evaluate patients with cognitive and physical functioning disorders affecting activities of daily living
• Develop individualized plans of care aligned with regulatory and clinical standards
• Implement evidence-based interventions including ADL retraining, therapeutic activities, exercises, and modalities
• Assess patient progress and modify treatment plans accordingly
• Document treatment minutes and clinical outcomes in the electronic system per regulatory requirements
• Provide discharge summaries and patient/family counseling
• Communicate with supervisors and care team members regarding patient status
• Supervise occupational therapy assistants, rehabilitation aides, and students
• Participate in patient care conferences, rehabilitation meetings, and facility trainings
• Maintain adherence to NBCOT, AOTA, and Missouri state practice standards

Requirements

• Active Missouri Occupational Therapist license
• Minimum 1 year of OT experience
• Long-term care or rehabilitation experience required
• New graduates with Level II experience considered

This is a long-term care setting where you will provide skilled rehabilitation services to patients requiring assistance with functional independence and daily living skills.
