Occupational Therapist (OT) Rehab Job in Mound City, MO

Tide Health Group - Tiffany Heights is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) for a temporary rehab role in Mound City, Missouri. This is a day shift position working 5 days per week, 8 hours per day, for 91 days starting November 2, 2026. Weekly pay is $2,341.

In this role, you will screen and evaluate patients with cognitive and/or ADL physical functioning disorders and develop appropriate plans of care. You will utilize standardized assessments and evidence-based practice to support clinical interventions, then provide rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment interventions per regulatory and clinical practice requirements.

Your clinical responsibilities include:

• Administer rehabilitation procedures including ADL retraining, therapeutic activities, therapeutic exercises, modalities, and supportive and assistive devices
• Assess patient progress and adjust treatments accordingly in the clinical record
• Evaluate treatment outcomes for effectiveness and modify services based on patient evaluation
• Provide consultation and counseling to patients, families, caregivers, and other service providers
• Communicate with supervisors and health team members regarding patient progress, barriers, and treatment plans
• Provide comprehensive discharge summaries per regulatory and clinical requirements
• Document all required information in the electronic documentation system and maintain patient records per company policy
• Accurately record treatment minutes for services provided per regulatory and clinical requirements
• Participate in patient care conferences, utilization review meetings, and rehabilitation meetings
• Supervise and support occupational therapist assistants, rehabilitation aides, and/or students

You will work no on-call or weekend shifts in this position. You must hold a valid Missouri OT license, have a minimum of 1 year of OT experience, and possess long-term care or rehab experience. You are expected to adhere to NBCOT/AOTA and state required practice acts, code of conduct, and ethics during professional practice.
