Occupational Therapist Job in O Fallon, Missouri

You will work as an Occupational Therapist in acute care at Progress West Healthcare Center in O Fallon, Missouri. This is an 84-week travel assignment beginning September 21, 2026.

Schedule and Hours

• Monday through Friday day shifts, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM (5x8 hours)
• Weekend and holiday rotation required: every 6th full weekend, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM
• Day off provided during the week before and after weekend rotations
• Guaranteed 40 hours per week
• No on-call requirements

Compensation and Details

• Weekly pay: $2,371
• Free parking available in yellow-lined spots
• Float between two sites may be required

Experience and Credentials Required

• Minimum 2 years of OT experience
• Travel experience required; first-time travelers not accepted
• Adult care experience required
• Current BLS certification and valid Missouri license (pending state license accepted)
• Missouri license cannot be tied to another compact state

Patient Population

You will work with adult and geriatric patients with diagnoses including orthopedic conditions, neurological disorders, ICU admissions, telemetry patients, and medical/surgical cases.

• Dress code: black scrub top with tan or scrub pants
• Maximum 7 days of requested time off during assignment
• No requested time off allowed during first week of assignment
