Opportunity:

OT - Therapy Rehab Acute Care

Job Details:

• Monday through Friday, 5x8 hour day shifts from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
• Weekend and holiday rotation required - every 6th full weekend with weekend shifts from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM
• Receive a day off during the week prior to the Saturday shift and the week after the Sunday shift
• Guaranteed 40 hours per week
• No on-call required
• Float between two sites may be required
• Minimum 2 years of experience required; first-time travelers not accepted
• Travel experience required
• Adult care experience required
• Required skills include: adaptive equipment, hip fracture and total hip replacement, knee injuries and total knee replacement, lifting and transfer, patient/family education, safety and injury prevention, telephone calls, and documentation
• Additional skills preferred: CVA rehabilitation, Parkinson's disease, assessment, discharge planning
• Patient populations include adults and geriatrics
• Patient diagnoses include ortho, neuro, ICU, tele, and med/surg
• Required certifications: BLS and state license
• Missouri license required (pending state license accepted); no issuance if tied to another compact state
• Epic charting experience preferred
• Dress code: black scrub top, tan pants or scrub pants

• Maximum of 7 days of requested time off; no RTO allowed during first week of assignment
