Med Surg RN Job in Dickson, TN

ADEX Healthcare Staffing is seeking a registered nurse (RN) for a travel assignment in the Medical-Surgical unit at Horizon Medical Center in Dickson, Tennessee. This is a 91-day contract position beginning October 26, 2026.

Position Details:

• Specialty: Medical-Surgical (Med Surg)
• Shift: 3 shifts per week, 12-hour nights (7:00 PM–7:00 AM)
• Duration: 91 days
• Open positions: 2
• Weekly pay: $1,791

You will provide direct patient care in the rehabilitation unit, working alongside an established clinical team. Your responsibilities will include patient assessment, care planning, medication administration, wound management, and coordination with interdisciplinary staff to support patient recovery goals.
