Telemetry RN Job in Sioux City, IA

UnityPoint - St. Luke's Downtown is seeking a registered nurse (RN) for a 91-day travel assignment on a medical/surgical telemetry unit in Sioux City, IA. You'll work a 3x12 day schedule with every other weekend required, earning $2,304 weekly.

Your Role:

• Provide direct patient care on a general medical/surgical floor serving post-operative patients requiring overnight stays
• Contribute clinical knowledge and professional skills as part of the interdisciplinary care team
• Monitor telemetry patients and respond to cardiac rhythm changes
• No on-call responsibilities
• Floating within the same discipline across local campuses may be required

Requirements:

• Current Iowa state nursing license
• Minimum 2 years of previous nursing experience
• At least 1 completed travel contract
• BLS (AHA) and NIHSS certifications
• Skills checklist completed within 1 year of submission
• Valid driver's license
• Taxable address outside 50 miles from facility
• One supervisory reference at time of submission

Preferred Qualifications:

• EPIC EMR experience
