CVOR Technologist Job in San Antonio, TX

Methodist Hospital in San Antonio is seeking a Certified Surgical Technologist with CVOR expertise for a 13-week contract position. You will work 3x12 day shifts providing direct surgical support in a high-volume cardiovascular and general operating room environment.

Role Responsibilities:

• Assist on a diverse surgical schedule including General Surgery, Surgical Oncology, GYN, GYN Oncology, Orthopedics, Neurology, ENT, Plastics, Burn, Urology, Podiatry, and Colorectal procedures
• Maintain 1:1 patient ratio during cases
• Work within a 24-hour day shift model with in-house overnight team coverage
• Participate in rotating on-call schedule averaging 2 eight-hour shifts per month
• No floating required—you remain within your assigned OR environment

Facility Details:

• Methodist Hospital uses Meditech EMR
• Large active robotics program; robot experience is preferred
• Hospital-provided scrubs
• Established team environment with consistent staffing

Requirements:

• Allied Health Professional degree with CST certification
• Current BLS certification
• Current ACLS certification

Contract Terms:

• Duration: 13 weeks (91 days)
• Start date: September 1, 2026
• Weekly pay: $1,445.40
