CVOR Technologist Job in Arlington, TX

Join Medical City Arlington as a Certified Surgical Technologist in our Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR). This is a travel position offering steady day-shift work in a well-established surgical services department.

Role Overview

You will work within a 10-operating room surgical unit that also includes 2 endoscopy suites. Your day shift team includes a Charge RN, RNs, CSTs, Anesthesia Techs, an Orderly, and Equipment Techs. You will maintain a 1:1 patient ratio and perform all types of surgical procedures except transplants. Night shift operations run with a Charge RN, RNs, and CSTs.

Schedule & Commitment

This is a 91-day travel assignment with a 5x8 day shift schedule, Monday through Friday, from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM. You will be required to take on-call shifts 15 or more times per month and provide holiday coverage. No floating to other units is required, allowing you to focus entirely on your CVOR specialty.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 5 years of surgical technologist experience required
• Current BLS certification required
• Meditech EMR experience required
• Neuro experience preferred
• ERCP experience preferred
• Vascular experience and advanced procedures experience preferred
