CVOR Technologist Job in Fort Worth, TX

You'll work as a Certified Surgical Technologist in the Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) at Medical City Fort Worth. This is a travel position offering four 10-hour shifts per week, with hours running 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM.

Required Credentials

You must hold current NBSTSA (National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting) certification. NCCT certification is not accepted as an alternative to NBSTSA for this role.

About the Role

In the CVOR, you'll support cardiovascular surgical procedures by preparing instruments, equipment, and the sterile field. You'll work closely with surgeons, perfusionists, and nursing staff to ensure efficient, safe operations. Your responsibilities include managing surgical instruments, anticipating surgeon needs, and maintaining strict sterile technique throughout each procedure.
