Med Surg RN Job in Atlanta, GA

ADEX Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Registered Nurse for a Medical/Surgical float pool position at Grady Memorial Hospital in Atlanta, GA. This is a 12-week travel assignment beginning September 21, 2026.

Position Overview

You will work as part of a float pool team, rotating across medical and surgical units as staffing needs require. This role demands flexibility and the ability to adapt quickly to different patient populations and unit workflows while maintaining high standards of care.

• Schedule: 3 shifts per week, 12 hours per shift, day shift

• Weekly Pay: $1,867

Requirements

• Current RN license (verification through Nursys required)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in medical/surgical nursing
• Proficiency with EPIC electronic health records system
• Valid certification card
• Resume and work history with no employment gaps exceeding 60 days
• Completed skills checklist

• Badge-appropriate profile picture for hospital credentialing

Important Note

This position does not permit requested time off (RTO) during the assignment. You are expected to work the full contracted schedule without scheduled time away. Plan your personal commitments accordingly.
