RN - ER
Job Details:
• Assess, plan, and implement direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per shift basis
• Supervise staff to whom appropriate care has been delegated
• Ensure high quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care for all patients
• Maintain competency of clinical staff and support appropriate resource management related to patient care
• Accountable to support facility nursing leadership in maintaining care standards
