Lake West Medical Center is seeking a registered nurse for its medical-surgical unit. You will work the night shift on a 3x12 schedule, providing direct patient care in a 45-bed unit that includes 28 telemetry beds.

Role Details

• Patient ratios range from 1:4 to 1:6 depending on acuity and census
• Night shift hours: 3 shifts per week, 12 hours each
• Every other weekend (EOW) and every other holiday (EOH) schedule
• Access to virtual nurse assistance hospital-wide to support clinical decision-making and workflow
