PCU - Progressive Care Unit

RN - PCU Tele

Job Details:

• Work in a 21-bed cardiac step-down/telemetry and stroke overflow unit
• Patient ratios of 1:4, sometimes 1:5
• Float required within the unit
• Minimum 2 years of PCU/Telemetry experience required
• Must have Epic experience used within the last 12 months - please list on resume where Epic was last used
• Must have Phlebotomy experience within the last 12 months - please list on resume where phlebotomy was last used
• Must be able to draw blood and start/manage IVs
• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIH Stroke Scale
• Must hold an accredited nursing degree through ACEN or CCNE
• Solid black scrubs required
• Maximum of 7 days of requested time off allowed - candidates with more than 7 days will be automatically rejected
• No requested time off accommodated during the first two weeks of the assignment
• Block scheduling requests will not be accommodated
